We will be having a meeting for new members and old members after school Wednesday May 12 (till 3:45 for non-robotics members, art, journalism, business, accounting, fundraising and till 4:45 for robotics members engineering and programming) All are welcomed to stay the whole time.
We had to move it up due to exams. I want all current members there to answer questions from new members. This is a chance to perfect those leadership skills. Tell your friends. I will e-mail the shop, science, math and computer teachers as well as make an announcement in the morning announcements. If anyone wants to make a flyer, please do and I will copy it to hang around campus. We need more members, so this is important that we get the word out that we need both robotics and non-robotic members.

Parent/Student Meeting on Tuesday April 6th at 7:00pm in room 710 at MHS.
Hey Parents and Students, I just found out from administration that whenever a school sponsored event is in another state we need to do the following:
1. I need a notarized permission slip form – see attached form
2. As far as the insurance, I will need them a copy of the front and the back of the student’s insurance card and attach it to the permission slip
3. You will also have to present the card in order for it to be notarized
4. The $200.00 and notarized permission slip is also due then but I would appreciate it if you guys send the money ASAP. I need to pre-pay the bus and hotel.
